• If your toys or large equipment have several pieces that would be easily separated, label the additional pieces with your CODE, a brief description and number (e.g. 2 of 3, 3 of 3). The main (1st) piece should have the bar coded price tag created online. • Per safety recommendations from the Consumer Product Safety Commission, CPSC, there cannot be any holes in the mesh of the pack n play material. • Please check to make sure that your item has not been recalled (especially car seats). Call to check on your car seat with the manufacturer. You would be surprised by how many items get recalled and you may be able to correct the problem if the manufacture will send you a repair kit.
