How do I select multiple emails or mass-select emails to perform actions on?
There are two ways to select multiple emails: 1. Hold down the Ctrl or Shift keys and click the messages you would like to select (Windows users) or hold down the Cmd key and click the messages you would like to select (Mac users). 2. At the bottom of the page, underneath the list of messages you will find a “Select” section with the options All, Unread, Invert or None. You can use these buttons to automatically select messages.
