How do I select a St. Josephs Medical Group of Stockton Primary Care Physician (PCP)?
During your employer’s open enrollment, you can select a PCP directly on the forms you receive. If you currently have a non-St. Joseph’s Medical Group of Stockton PCP and would like to select one, call your health insurance plan at the number on your insurance card to notify them of your new PCP selection.
