How do I select a custom color for an icon label background, desktop background, etc?
On any dialog where you have the option to select a color, there will be a button that says Select Color. Clicking that button will display the Custom Color Palette. Using the palette, you can select your color by either using Red, Green, and Blue (RGB) value sliders, combined with a lightness/darkness control, or by clicking directly on the palette to select your color.
