How do I see what SongShifter is doing with each of my devices?

Click on the device icon on the left hand side of the SongShifter window (if it’s not visible, double-click click on the Psonar icon on the system-tray). The right-hand-side of the window displays a set of progress bars showing what’s happening on the selected device.
