How do I see only manual annotations (i.e. exclude all electronic annotations)?

Firstly, open the Download annotation page, linked from the QuickGO home page. This page will show a table in which the GO annotations available from UniProtKB-GOA are displayed. This annotation set can be filtered by specifying the evidence code used to create an annotation. To do this click on the blue ‘Ev’ (Evidence) filter box. A list of tick boxes adjacent to single or sets of evidence codes are shown. Users can choose to view annotations which have applied only ‘Manual experimental’ or ‘Manual all’ evidence codes or, alternatively, users can choose any of the evidence codes individually. Example query: Find all annotations which use only ‘Manual experimental’ evidence codes; IDA, IMP, IGI, IPI and IEP See QuickGO display for this example query Alternatively, instead of using the filter boxes, users can also query QuickGO by entering a query in ‘Advanced:’ search text box on the Annotation Download page.

What is your question?
