How do I secure my Chichen Services reservation?
All Chichen Services reservations must be pre-paid prior to arriving at the hotel. A non-refundable deposit of 10% is due approximately 2 to 10 days after a confirmation has been issued by Chichen Services via email, depending onthe proximity of your arrival date; if your arrival date is within 10 days of receiving your confirmation number, your full payment will be due earlier.
