How do I search for completely matched donor / recipient pairs?
Legend text: Name the curve for example “complete match” or “control group”. Overall mismatch: Select Type = Min/Max (default) and set the range of overall mismatch to: Min = 0 and Max = 0. This will limit the display to donor / recipient matches that do not have mismatches. Please note: You can define the meaning of mismatch by selecting one of the three radio buttons located at the bottom of this section. By default any allele level mismatch is considered a mismatch. However, you can redefine mismatch as a two digit mismatch, like an A*0301 versus an A*0201, which would resemble a mismatch on a serological level. You also can limit mismatches to mismatches within a group, i.e. the first two digits, like A*0201 versus A*0202. Loci /Alleles: By default the loci A, B, C, DRB1, DQB1 are set to complete match, while the locus DPB1 is not taken into account. You can add DPB1, but this will exclude samples that either have a mismatch in DPB1 or have not been tested for DPB1. Diagnosis: sele
