How do I search for alumni in my current or desired field using the Husky Alumni Network?
There are two ways to search the HAN for alumni in a specific field – by using the Career Network and by using the Online Directory. To search the Career Network: • Sign in to HAN • Select “Career Services” from the menu at the left • Select “Career Network” • Select “Search Career Network for Alumni” • Search “job title” keywords, or leave all fields blank to see all active profiles • Do not search “job descriptions” because few people have them • Members of the Career Network are interested in making connections and helping fellow alumni; the UCAA encourages you to contact them To search the Online Directoy • Select “Online Directory” from the menu at the left • Select “Global Search” • Search keyword for your desired career field • A list of alumni with your search keyword in their profile will appear • Hold the cursor over a result and it will show the name, location, and employer of the alum • Select each listing individually to view the alum’s profile.
