How do I search chart(s) for specific text?
• Open the chart that you want to search, or any chart if you want to search your whole system. • In the icons across the top of the chart window you will see Search with a little magnifying glass symbol next to it. • In the dialog box enter the text you want to find, e.g. CKD. • Select this patient to just search the current chart, or ALL patients to search all patient charts.
