How do I search case law for proper names that contain an apostrophe, e.g. OBrien or LOreal?

Use the Case Law search page. Replace the apostrophe with a space, e.g. o brien or l oreal. For the name to appear in the title (case name) or anywhere else in a judgment: Type the name into the exact phrase search box and do not use quotes, e.g. O Brien Or Type the name into the advanced query search box with quotes, e.g. “O Brien” Note: If you only want cases where the name appears in the title, then type only the portion of the name that follows the apostrophe into the case name search box, e.g. brien or oreal.
