How do I schedule doctors appointments?
Coordination of doctors appointments should be made through our director of nursing. If our staff feels that a visit is warranted, we will make the necessary arrangements and notify family. We set up and provide transportation to all appointments as well as schedule follow-up appointments. We ask that family members attend and assist in keeping all scheduled doctors appointments.
