How do I schedule an appointment with Oregon Imaging Centers?
A. Most imaging studies require a referral from a physician. If your physician has provided you with a referral, you or your physician may fax your referral to (541) 334-7564. Please note that all faxed referrals must be signed by the referring physician. If your physician prefers to call and submit a verbal order or referral to our scheduling department, they may call (541) 334-7555. Once we have received the referral, we can schedule your appointment. To schedule an appointment time, call (541) 334 7555.
