How do I schedule a hands-on skills session with a certified instructor?
To schedule your hands-on skills verification session with a certified instructor, please contact Emergency University via email at info@emergencyuniversity.com or toll free at 866-AED-HELP or 650-365-3310 and request a Training Reservation Form. You must successfully complete all of your online training before submitting your Training Reservation Form. We require 2-3 weeks to schedule individual hands-on skills verification sessions. Individual hands-on skills verification sessions are subject to instructors’ availability. In some areas, expedited scheduling may be available for an additional fee. If you have not purchased Emergency University’s PRO CPR Package or a BLS Healthcare Provider Package that includes the individual skills verification session, the hands-on skills verification costs $35.00 per person in addition to the online training courses.
