How do I schedule a conference room in Outlook and/or Exchange?
A. Once a conference room account has been created and configured with the appropriate permissions by your college/department technician, you may begin using the resource as designed. There are two primary methods in accessing an Exchange calendar. You may directly open the conference room calendar or invite the conference room account as a resource when creating a meeting request. You may access a conference room resource via Outlook or through OWA (https://exchange.csupomona.edu). Please consult your college or department technician if you would like assistance in accessing a conference room calendar via OWA.
