How do I save sent mail to a different folder from Sent Items?
• Click on the Options button on the toolbar • Click on Rules tab • From the rop down list next to Type choose Move to folder and click on Create • Enter a name for the rule • Define the conditions for the rule to act • Click on the radio button next to the folder to which you wish to copy the sent item • Click on Save
• From the Tools menu choose Rules • Click on New • Enter a name for the rule • Select New item and check Sent • Click on Define Conditions • From the drop down list choose Created • Enter the other conditions to be fulfilled, for example you can file messages by date or if to a specified address • From the Add Action drop down list choose Move to Folder • Choose the folder to which you wish to copy the sent item • Click on Save
