From the Save As dialog box set the “Save As” type option to ” Microsoft AVI Files”. • Next fill in the File Name section with the name you want the file to be saved as. • Now click the options button. A Video Options Dialog will appear. Select the compression tab and change the compression option to: DV Video Encoder. • Next click the configure button and from the DV Export Option dialog select Type 2. • Click OK, and then OK again. • You are returned to the Save As dialog. Click the save button, and the file you save should be compatible with Premiere.
