How do I save a topline or crosstab analysis?
You can save an analysis on the topline or crosstab page simply by using the Save button in the top right corner after you have selected the filters, columns and answers you wish to include. Then, to view it again, you need only go to the topline or crosstab page, use the Saved Analyses drop-down menu and click on your choice. To have the material available to you offline, you also can print the topline output to a pdf file if you have Acrobat PDF Writer installed on your computer. Or, if your topline does not include charts, you can select the text of the table, right click on your mouse and choose Copy, and then open a word processing program on your computer and Paste the material onto it.
