How do I save a Publisher file as a PDF file?

0

Open the document in Microsoft Publisher that you want to save as a PDF.Click “File” in the upper left-hand corner of the document and then “Print”. A pop-up menu will appear. At the very top, you’ll see printer options. Look for a “PDF Writer” option. If one already exists in your printer menu, click on that option and save the document when the PDF pop-up menu appears. If you do not have a PDF writer already on your printer options, go to the next step.Download a free PDF writer, such as PrimoPDF or CutePDF Writer (see Resources), by following the instructions that come on the PDF writer site. Once the file downloads onto your computer, double-click on the file you just downloaded so that it will install on your computer. Once the software installation is complete, a pop-up menu will appear, telling you so.
