How do I satisfy or amend Judgments/Decrees & Administration Orders?
England & Wales Once you’ve repaid all the money you’ve been asked to pay, you can change your credit report. To do this, send your proof of payment to the court listed in your credit report and include the court fee of £15. The court will then send you a certificate of satisfaction. The Registry Trust automatically receives the changes and then lets us know. We’ll update your credit report within a month of you paying. If you repaid your debt within one month of the judgment, the Registry Trust will take it off their register and your credit report. If you pay it back after a month has passed, we’ll mark it as ‘satisfied’. Please bear in mind that your certificate of satisfaction only confirms that you’ve paid the amount of your administration order, not that you’ve satisfied any county court judgment attached to it. You’ll need a separate certificate, which you can apply for after you’ve paid the judgment debt. To find contact information for the court that holds your record, visit h
