How do I run the Pell Eligibility by Dependency Status report from within the Field Change report?
You should click on one of the numeric or percentage fields on the Field Change report to launch the Pell Eligibility by Dependency Status report. This report presents information by dependency (dependent vs. independent) and Pell eligibility (initially eligible vs. initially not eligible). This information includes counts of corrections, associated changes to EFC and Pell, and School and CPS verification status. By comparing these results for the four types of students defined, users can see if corrections associated with changes to aid eligibility are concentrated among certain types of students. You can also see the percentage of each type of student that is currently selected for verification. By clicking on any of the entries presented in the Pell Eligibility by Dependency Status report, you can also produce a Student Listing report for the records that are being represented by that value.
