How do I run longer and faster, without getting tired so easily?
When you’re running, make sure you inhale with your nose and exhale with your mouth. My coaches said something about doing so forces that oxygen to go through more organs than if you simply inhale and exhale with you nose. It can also reduce stomach cramps while running. Also, when you do get tired, don’t just stand in one spot try to catch your breath, doing so will cause blood to pool in your legs and thus leads to leg cramps. It can also lead to dizziness. Since you like sprinting, I’m sure you know to stretch before you run and stretch after-wards. Also build up your endurance by running every day will definitely help. Maybe try to do some weight lifting.
