How do I run an activity report in Moodle?
To find out which resources an individual student in your Moodle course has accessed: 1) Go to a Moodle course. 2) Click on the Participants link (usually located on the left-hand side). 3) Click on a student’s name. 4) Click on the Activity reports tab. 5) A list of the resources in your course will be generated along with the student’s last access date/time. Items marked with a dash (-) have not been accessed by a student. To generate an activity report for an entire class: 1) Go to a Moodle course 2) Click on the Reports link (located in the Administration box, usually on the left-hand side) 3) Choose the date you want to view (generally, you will want to select All days). Then you can choose to view All activities in your course, or selected activities. 4) Click on the Get these logs button. 5) This will generate a list of you and your students, dates/times they accessed the course, and which resources they used.
