How do I run a command as a different user that has more priveleges in Windows NT and Windows 2000?
In order to run a command as an administrator(for example) while logged on as a user, in Windows NT you can use the SU.exe utility from the resources kit. Windows 2000 has a built in command called “Run As”. You can find information on the Run As command by searching help on “Run as”. For your convenience you can download the SU utility from the below link which also has the help text file for the command Run As.
