How do I run a background check on a prospective candidate?
If a candidate has not indicated they have a background check on file, you may contact the candidate and request authorization to conduct a background check. The prospective candidate will need to complete this form on their own. Most companies have there own Authorization form which they prefer to have you use. You may contact the company of your chose in advance in order to prepare yourself with the required documents.
