When you make a hotel reservation through Perfect Escapes, you will receive an email confirmation that provides details of your reservation. Prior to your stay, Perfect Escapes travel specialists can answer questions about any reservation made through Perfect Escapes. However, Perfect Escapes cannot provide reservation information following the scheduled dates of your stay. If you can’t locate your confirmation email, call the Perfect Escapes travel specialists Monday through Friday (except on US holidays), from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Eastern (US) Time (1200 to midnight GMT) at 877-LUX-ROUTE (877-589-7688) in the United States and Canada, or (630) 261-6225 worldwide, or send an inquiry via email to support@perfectescapes.com.
