Visit us at 119 W 23rd St. (between 6th & 7th avenues) New York, NY 10011. (View Store Hours & Directions.) Make sure to bring all parts of the product being returned, including all original packaging, cables, manuals, etc. Refunds will be electronically credited back to the same credit card used to place the order. We cannot refund your original shipping charges. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days. To check on the status of any return, please email websales@tekserve.com.
