How do I return or exchange goods bought on ThomasPink.com and telephone purchases?
We are happy to exchange or refund any items (except undergarments) that have not been altered, washed or worn within 28 days of receipt. Thomas Pink cannot be held liable for courier charges, customs duties or lost parcels. Gift Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash. When returning an item, please ensure it is packaged securely with all tags still intact and enclosing the RETURN FORM. This will ensure that your return is processed speedily. We recommend returned items are sent using a tracked or signed-for mail service. Return address labels are provided for your convenience. Although we do not repay delivery charges (except in the unlikely event that your item is faulty), you will not be charged for delivery of the replacement item(s).
