How do I return or exchange an item purchased from the Scimun Store?
Scimun offers a 30-day return on all products purchased from the online Scimun store. All items must be in new and unused condition. Included with each shipped product is a return authorization form. In the event you need to make an exchange or return, simply fill out the return authorization form, and give us a call at 416-302-8636 for a pre-paid return envelope. We’ll mail you the return envelope (free of charge of course), and all you have to do is put your goods in the envelope and mail it away. Since the envelope is already pre-paid, all you have do is drop it off at your local post office. It’s free, it’s simple, and it’s fast! Once we receive your return envelope and completed return authorization form, we will either ship you a new product free of charge, or give you a full refund.
