How do I return my babyBOX™ to babyTEL?
Step 1 Contact babyTEL at service@babytel.ca and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) form. Complete the form and return it to babyTEL. We will then issue an RMA number and send it to you by email. Step 2 Once you have received your RMA number by email, return the babyBOX along with the cable and A/C adapter in their original packaging to babyTEL. Only complete returns in perfect working order will be eligible for a refund of the activation fee. Ensure that you indicate the RMA number clearly on the front of the package.
