How do I return merchandise I have purchased on the fuelperks! Mall?
You should return the merchandise directly to the retailer from whom you made the purchase. Giant Eagle stores cannot accept or return any merchandise you buy from any retailer on the Mall. We suggest that you check with each retailer and follow their specific instructions to return merchandise by mail or at a brick-and-mortar store location. I am having problems with my order. Please contact a sales representative or customer service representative from the retailer first. If they cannot help you, then please forward your order information to the Mall’s Customer Support service accessible using the link on the navigation bar at the top of the Mall’s pages. Please send: Order Number, Confirmation Number, Date ordered, what was ordered, what you are having trouble with, and any additional information that would be helpful in resolving your inquiry. If you spoke with a representative already then please include: who you spoke with, when you spoke with them, and what was communicated.
