How do I return broken or defective equipment to Harpers Ferry Center for evaluation?
Requests to return equipment to AV Equipment Services should be made by telephone, fax or email to the attention of David Kacinec or Ray Fowlkes. Have your equipment packed and ready to ship prior to calling HFC. Your request should include the box or carton number which is stenciled or written on the exterior. Also include the correct UPS shipping address for your area. When requests are received, we will arrange for UPS pickup of the equipment.
