How do I return an item purchased from Sams Club Auctions?
Items purchased from Sam’s Club Auctions can be returned within 30 days of purchase by contacting a Sam’s Club Member Service Representative at 888-746-7726 for authorization and instructions. Returns made without proper authorization may be delayed in processing and credit may not be issued. We reserve the right to verify and inspect all merchandise returned before issuing a refund to the credit card the order was billed to. Merchandise purchased from Sam’s Club Auctions may NOT be returned to a local Sam’s Club location. Please contact a Sam’s Club Member Service Representative at 888-746-7726 for authorization and return instructions.
