How do I return a shipment of gHP Sport?
Simply call Customer Service at 877-256-7662 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. DO NOT RETURN MERCHANDISE WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER. Returns are extremely hard to track without an RMA number. Returning items without an RMA number may result in a delay in obtaining credit or an inadvertent charge to your credit card. Once you obtain an RMA number simply write it on the outside of the package and return it to the address shown on the box. We also ask that you please use a trackable method of shipment.
