How do I return a product to SteornLab?
If you wish to return a non-faulty product to SteornLab, please ensure you are doing so in compliance with our Terms and Conditions. If having read this document you still choose to return your product, please follow the Procedure for Returns. This procedure is also applicable for warranty returns. For more information in relation to damaged or faulty products, please consult your product’s Warranty. Step 1: To return your product, SteornLab need to issue you with a Return Material Authorisation (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA you will need your order number which can be accessed by logging in to My Account. You will also need the serial number from your product. Step 2: In My Account click ‘RMA Request’ and enter your order number in the box provided. You will then be asked to enter your product’s serial number and provide a description of the issue. Step 3: Once we receive your request, we will issue you an RMA number. Step 4: Before returning any product(s) to SteornLab, please check
