How do I return a Lucchese boot under warranty if there is a problem with it?
First, please read the Lucchese warranty if you are unsure whether or not your product is still covered under the warranty. You will need to return your boots to an authorized Lucchese dealer. They will contact us regarding the issue. To ensure you receive the best possible customer service, please DO NOT send your boots to the factory. In order to properly track and trace your boots, they must go throught an authorized Lucchese dealer.
