How do I return a dvd?
We only accept returns if a dvd is faulty or if our packing department has made an error and has sent you the wrong dvd (this only happens very very rarely). If you do receive a faulty or incorrect dvd, please follow the instructions in the Contact Details section. I am an AOL internet customer and I have problems using your website. There is a bug in the AOL web browser that results in problems when accessing some secure websites (for example, the Checkout area of our site). There is a fix for this on the AOL Support web pages, but the easiest way to avoid this problem is to surf our websites using Internet Explorer or the Firefox browser rather than the AOL browser.
