How do I retain the text part of an email but delete the attachments in Pine?
Locate the message from which you wish to remove the attachment. Hit ‘v’ or ‘>’ to view the message attachment index. Highlight the attachment and press ‘d’ for delete. Now press ‘i’ to return to the message index. Press ‘s’ for save and then choose the folder to save the message to (note: this can be the same folder). The attached parts will get deleted when the message is “saved”.
