Open McAfee Security Centre, select Restore Firewall Defaults from the menu on the main Security Centre screen. In the Restore Firewall Protection Defaults screen, select Restore Defaults. You will be asked to confirm you want to restore the firewall configuration to the default settings – select Yes.
