The 3C882 ISDN modem normally autobauds (up to 115.2 Kbps) to match your computer COM port speed. If you fixed the baud rate of the modem using the AT$B command and the COM port speed of the connected computer no longer matches that rate, then you will not be able to communicate with the 3C882 ISDN modem via the serial port.
