How do i restore factory settings on my computer?
Sounds like you have viruses. Is this true? It also sounds like you haven’t been using any anti-malware software. If both of these statements are true then the best course of action is to restore to factory settings and install an anti-virus/adware/spyware program before you jump back on the net. With worms like Conflicker out, now’s not the time to be screwing around. Also, make sure to completely update Windows once you restore to factory settings.
