Problem/Symptom: When a user tries to send outgoing email, the following message will appear in the Inbox on their device: “Delivery status notification (failure) error: 500”. The email will not get delivered to it’s recipient. Environment Details: Nokia Messaging and all supported Nokia Messaging devices. Troubleshooting: None. Problem Solution: None. Workaround: If this particular situation arises, perform the following steps to remove the SMTP settings for the affected user: Note: these steps can only be performed by Care_Tier_2 and above. • Log into the Nokia Messaging Care Portal. • Select the Access Account tool and enter the user’s account information. • In the Email Sources select the problematic POP/IMAP connection. • Remove the value assigned to the SMTP Server. • Remove the value assigned to the SMTP Port. • Select Save. • Have the user send an outgoing email from their device and confirm that this issue is resolved. • Easy Dialing feature on my Nokia device is not functioni
