To complete an ‘administrative install’ follow these steps: • Click on the Start button • In the Search field type ‘CMD’ (no quotes). Do not press Enter • In the search results field right click on Command Prompt and select ‘Run as Administrator’ • In the command prompt windows type the following msiexec /i x:\rwcarewarebusinesstiersetup.msi /i Where x:\rwcarewarebusinesstiersetup.
