This is can be done quite easily. Resliced volume images make 3D measurement of certain objects more accurate. It works as if you are allowed to rotate your CT or MRI scanner around the patient for the perfect imaging position, but a lot easier. Open your image and then select the Image/Reslice/Reslice Volume command. Enter the 3D angle you want to use and click “Start” to create the resliced image in a few seconds.
