How do I reset the RX-Z11 remote control to the factory settings?
• Press the [ DVD] input button on the remote control. • Press the [Setup] button on the remote using a ballpoint pen or small paper clip. The word SETUP should appear in the LCD window on the remote. • Press the [UP/DOWN Arrow] buttons on the remote until Clear is displayed in the remote control’s LCD window. • Press the [Enter] button on the remote control to select the Clear option. The remote should now be alternating between Clear and L:DVD in the remote LCD window. • Press the [UP/DOWN Arrow] buttons on the remote until FCTRY is displayed in the remote control LCD window. • Press and hold the [ENTER] button on the remote for 5 seconds. When clearing is successful, OK will appear in the remote LCD window. • Press the [SETUP] button on the remote control to exit.
