To reset the hot key combination back to the default (Command + Shift + 5) you can throw away the current preference file. The Screenography preference file can be found at /Users/YOUR ACCOUNT/Library/Preferences/com.verticalmoon.screenography.plist. The next time you start Screenography, a new preference file will be automatically created with the default settings again.
