How do I reset (restore) the controller to factory default?

You cannot reset the controller back to the factory settings. However, if you update the firmware that will remove the configuration and the controller will just read “firmware update successful”. 1. Click the Support link from your home page. 2. Click Firmware in the Downloads section. 3. Follow the instructions to upgrade your firmware. 4. Once the firmware upgrade is complete, your controller will display the message Firmware Upgrade Successful. 5. The controller will be unusable until it is updated with a configuration. To add a configuration to the controller, click Update My Controller.
