Log on to eMarq. Click Options > Voice Mail > Reset Voice Mail PIN. Click OK when a window opens asking if you want to reset your voice mail PIN. A temporary pin will be generated and the new number will be sent to your Inbox. When you check your voice mail on the phone, you will be required to set a new PIN.
