Lift Out Loose TilesUse a flat-tip screwdriver and a hammer to carefully chip out the grout lines around each loose tile. Lift the tiles out, and use the same procedure to remove grout that is stuck to the edge of the tiles. It does not take much effort to get the grout to come off the tiles.
