How do I “reset” an assignment so that a student will be able to re-enter and re-do that assignment?

Once a student submits an assignment, that student will not be able to go back and make changes to his/her submission without the instructor wiping out the old attempt first. To wipe out that old attempt, 1. Follow the instructions outlined above for viewing and grading a student’s assignment2. Once you arrive at the screen where you’re able to click on the student’s uploaded file, look for the button in the middle of the screen that reads “Clear attempt.”3. Click on that button.
